Kemudian ragi instant ditambahkan keadonan yang teleh dikocok, aduk rata, tutup dan diamkan skitar 1 jam sampai adonan mengembang. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok bahan 2 menggunakan garpu sampai gula larut. Bumbu yang telah di halus direbus dengan air hingga gulanya larut, angkat dan dinginkan. Tambahkan cuka.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kemudian masukkan irisan buah ke dalam mangkuk lalu tuang kuah. Diamkan 2 jam sampai bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;3. Rebus 250 ml air kelapa,  gula pasir dan mentega hingga mendidih. 2. Campurkan sisa air kelapa dengan tepung maizena, tepung terigu, dan vanili, aduk rata. 3. Tuangkan adonan tadi ke dalam air kelapa mendidih, diaduk sampai rata. 4. Tambahkan kuning telur, susu kental manis, kelapa muda, kenari, dan kismis, aduk rata. 5.Masuk adonan ke dalam alumunium foil berdiameter 12 cm, bentuk sesuai selera. 6. Pangganglah kurang lebih 15 menit dengan suhu sekitar 170 – 180 derajat Celcius, lalu keluarkan.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan B:1. Putih telur di kocok dengan gula sampai berwarna putih dan agak kaku, kemudian tepung terigu dimasukan dan  aduk rata.  2. Tuangkan kocokan putih telur di atas adonan, taburi kenari dan kismis, panggang kembali selama 15 menit. Rekatkan ujungnya dengan putih telur.&lt;br /&gt;5) Panaskan minyak, goreng hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan. Nah.. bagaimanacara membuatnya mari kita simak, mudah kok .....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;500 gr beras, di cuci dan tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;850 ml santan cair&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;1 batang sereh, ambil bagian putihnya dan memarkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kukus beras sampai setengah matang. Didihkan santan bersama garam, daun salam dan sereh. Hati-hati jangan sampai meluap. Kemudian angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan segera beras yang masih panas tersebut dan setengah matang kedalam santan. Aduk hingga santan terserap habis. Angkat. Buang daun salam dan serehnya. Kukus kembali hingga beras matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ya makanan ini memang dikenal demikian karena memang unik yaitu sego (nasi) yang di dalamnya hanya ada lauk secuil (tidak lebih dari 1/2 jari kelingking) ikan bandeng + sambal. Nasi-nya pun hanya sekitar 3 sendok makan yang dibungkus dengan daun pisang. Makanan ini khas kota Solo dan Yogya kalau di Solo banyak dijual di warung HIK (warung Wedangan) kalau di Yogya disebut warung Angkringan. Tapi anda harus menunggu sore hari tiba untuk mendapatkan makanan ini karena penjualnya baru keluar biasanya habis maghrib. Di Kota Solo banyak sekali penjual HIK hampir di tiap perempatan terdapa warung semacam ini. Mereke menyediakan tikar untuk lesehan di trotoar .... jam buka dari jam 18:00 sampai jam 04 subuh !!!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Harganya ????? cukup rogoh kocek Rp.1000 s/d Rp.1500 perak per bungkus .......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Makanan diatas sangat nikmat disantap sambil minum wedang (minuman) jahe. Kalau mau tambah lauk ... juga tersedia antara lain tempe orek, sate telur puyuh, tahu/tempe bacem bihun, kikil dan lain-lain tergantung selera dengan harga rata2 tidak lebih dari 2000 rupiah. Sambel Tumpang ini mirip pecel tetapi bumbunya kalau pecel dari sambal kacang tetapi sambel tumpang terbuat dari tempe yang ditumbuk halus dan dibumbui dan diberi santen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yuk kita buat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr tempe semangit &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;daging sapi (tetelan) secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 bh cabai merah&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 bh cabai rawit2 cm kencur2 siung bawang putih&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 siung bawang merah&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 buah petai&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kerupuk kulit (rambak) secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 lbr daun jeruk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 lbr daun salam1 cm lengkuas, memarkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;400 ml santan1 sdt gula pasir ; 3 sdt garam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara membuat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebuslah jadi satu Tempe, daging, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai, daun jeruk, kencur, salam, lengkuas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tunggu sampai daging empuk, lalu angkat dan daging dipotong kecil-kecil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bahan rebusan yang lain diulek sampai halus kecuali salam, lengkuas, daging. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Daging yang sudah dipotong2 dimasukan kembali.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus kembali bahan, beri santan. Setelah mendidih, petai dan kerupuk kulit dimasukan. Beri garam dan sedikit gula pasir. Tunggu sampai air agak mengental. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Angkat.Sajikan dengan urapan sayuran. Bahan-bahan :&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nasi putih dingin = 750 gram&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Udang = 100 gram&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Daging paha ayam dipotong dadu = 1 paha ayam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ati / hati ayam dipotong dadu = 3 hati hayam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ampela ayam yang dipotong-potong dadu = 5 ampela ayam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Telur ayam 2 butir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;2. Bumbu-bumbu: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cabe rawit = 4 biji&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bawang merah = 6 siung&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bawang Putih = 3 siung&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minyak goreng = 3 sendok makan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Daun bawang yang dicincang = secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kecap manis = secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bawang goreng = secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hindari penggunaan MSG, lebih baik pake gula pasir dan bubuk kaldu ayam. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Gudeg Solo yang terkenal adalah GUdeg Adem Ayem terletak di Jl.Slamet Riyadi sebelah timur lamp merah Gendengan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah kali ini kita akan mencoba resep Gudeg Solo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Nangka muda, ayam tanpa kulit, telur direbus, kerecek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bumbu: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih, ketumbar, gula merah, daun salam, lengkuas, santan encer, santan kental, kecap manis, garam, dan minyak utk menumis., daun jambu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara memasak&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;1. Terlebih dulu bawang putih dan lengkuas dihaluskanm kemudian di Tumis bersama ketumbar, taburkan sedikit garam dan masukan daun salam hingga harum. Masukkan gula merah dan beri sedikit air sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan semua bahan, tunggu sampai air mendidih lagi, kemduian Tuang santan encer sambil diaduk rata dan beri kecap juga garam dan tunggu sampai masak dan mulai dicicipi kemudian panci ditutup kembali. Jika daging ayam sdh lunak dan bisa lepas dari tulangnya, ambil tulangnya serta tuangkan santan kental. Kemudian kecilkan api dan biarkan beberapa jam sambil diaduk-aduk hingga airnya tinggal sedikit dan keluar minyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Wedang Ronde ini umumnya dijajajakanmulai sore hingga malan hari. Sangat cocok bila disantap pada malan hari apalagi pas hujan rintik-rintik. serat&lt;br /&gt;- 6 bh bawang merah, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;- 4 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bh tomat, potong-potong&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cm kayumanis&lt;br /&gt;- 2 bh cengkeh&lt;br /&gt;- ¼ potong pala&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm margarin&lt;br /&gt;- 250 ml air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haluskan bumbu :&lt;br /&gt;- 5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt lada&lt;br /&gt;- ½ sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gr buncis, potong 3 cm, rebus hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gr wortel, potong 3 cm, rebus hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;- 4 putih telur rebus, iris panjang&lt;br Kota yang selalu bikin kangen karena "hidup 24 jam". Kota yang dikenal dengan kota bengawan ini juga dikenal sebagai gudang-nya wisata kuliner. Lebaran pertama kami di Kendal dan selepas sholat Iid baru menuju kota Solo. Tidak lupa begitu memasuki kota Solo didaerah pabelan dekat Rumah Sakit Islam setelah menempuh penatnya perjalanan mudik dari Bogor dengan waktu temput +/- 25 jam !!!!! (baru kali ini saya mudik selama itu) mampir ke warung Bakso Kadipolo, segar dan fresh rasanya begitu mencium aroma wangi bumbu baksonya ..... sedaaap, serasa lelah ini terobati begitu satu sendok bakso dan kuah masuk mulut ...... nyam..... bener2 mak nyoooos. (mungkin karena saking laparnya yach). Selepas ngisi perut dengan bakso kami langsung menuju kediaman orangtua saya di daerah Sondakan Laweyan. Daerah ini dikenal dengan kampoeng batik, sejak jaman Belanda daerah ini memang banyak pengusaha Batik cap dan batik tulis dari mulai pengrajin sampai dengan juragan batik. Namun sempat hancur karena adanya Batik printing dan menyebabkan daerah Laweyan terkenal juga dengan daerah "bekas Juragan Batik". Namun saat ini usaha Batik didaerah tersebut sudah terlihat mulai berkembang lagi. Setelah istirahat dan selepas Sholat isya' ..... kami berencana hunting makanan ... maklum tukang makan ...... tujuan pertama adalah "sego liwet" (alias nasi liwet) ..... makanan khas Solo yang tak terlupakan, karena masa kecil saya hampir setiap hari makan nasi liwet ini buat sarapan pagi. Namun karena masih cape , kami urungkan niat dan baru akan hunting pagi harinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Kami menuju daerah Pasar Senggol Purwosari untuk berburu nasi liwet, sesampai ditempat ....... antrinya ...... bukan maen ..... hingga kami harus hunting lagi ketempat lain di dekat perempatan lampu merah ex. Hemmmm ......... mak nyooooss tenan ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mau tau cara membuatnya, ? Nasi liwet&lt;br /&gt;Pertama kita harus tahu yang mesti dimasak apa saja&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Nasi liwet (gurih)&lt;br /&gt;2. Opor ayam, Ample ati, Telor Rebus&lt;br /&gt;3. Bacem tahu tempe&lt;br /&gt;4. Sambel goreng labu siam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan untuk membuat Nasi gurih :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500gr beras di cuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;2 lb daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2 bt sereh di geprek&lt;br /&gt;1lt santan encer (dari 1/2 butir kelapa)*&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garamcara:masak santan, garam, daun salam, sereh sampai matang &amp;amp; mendidih. Masukkan beras &amp;amp; santan ke dalam dandang (panci) sebaiknya jangan menggunakan ricecooker (rasanya akan lain), aduk rata, masak sampai matang. Tambahkan air secukupnya bila kurang (jangan terlalu banyak nanit malah jadi bubur), tiap beras punya sifat lain2, ada yg doyan air ada yg nggak doyan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Opor Ayam bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam&lt;br /&gt;3 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2 cm jahe di gecek (dikeprek)&lt;br /&gt;1lt santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa&lt;br /&gt;(bisa ditambahkan tambah telor rebus &amp;amp; ati ampela rebus)&lt;br /&gt;1 putih telor&lt;br /&gt;bumbu halus:&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;6 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam, tumis bumbu halus &amp;amp; bumbu lain sampai harum, masukkan ayam, aduk rata, tambahkan santan, masak sampai matang. Pisahkan santan dari ayam, biarkan ayamnya kering, sisihkan. Untuk santannya, pisahkan bagian yg kental, sisihkan bagian yg encer (untuk kuah sambel goreng labu siam). Bagian yg kental di bikin areh. Kocok putih telor sampai kaku, masak santan kental, saat mendidih, masukkan kocokan putih telor, sambil diaduk2 sampai berbentuk gumpalan. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tahu tempe bacem bahan:&lt;br /&gt;10 potong tempe&lt;br /&gt;10 potong tahu&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula jawa, serut&lt;br /&gt;2 lbr daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;500cc air bumbu dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam, masak bumbu halus, daun salam &amp;amp; air sampai mendidih, masukkan tahu &amp;amp; tempe, gula &amp;amp; kecap manis. Masak sampai matang &amp;amp; air habis. Sebelum di sajikan digoreng bentar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sambal goreng jepan (labu siam) bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 buah labu siam, potong korek api&lt;br /&gt;4 bh cabe merah, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;2 lbr daun salam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm minyak untuk menumis, panaskan minyak, tumis cabe &amp;amp; daun salam sampai matang, masukkan labu siam, aduk rata, tambahkan santan encer dari kuah opor. Masak sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadi deh nasi liwet solonya ......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hidangkan hangat-hangat .... sajikan diatas daun pisang.
